Copy directory appends absolute copy path in new location to files

/Copy directory appends absolute copy path in new location to files

Copy directory appends absolute copy path in new location to files

Seen earlier also (Windows builds).

Eg.
SOURCE: X://FOLEDER_A/FOLDER_B/FOLDER_C/FOLDER_D/FOLDER_E/FOLDER_F/FOLDER_G/FOLDER_H/COPY-FROM

DESTINATION:
Y://FOLDER_K/FOLDER_L/FOLDER_M/DESTINATION

Output:

Y://FOLDER_K/FOLDER_L/FOLDER_M/DESTINATION/QH_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS/FOLEDER_A/FOLDER_B/FOLDER_C/FOLDER_D/FOLDER_E/FOLDER_F/FOLDER_G/FOLDER_H/COPY-FROM

Is it possible to have a relative path copy [x] check box so we get:

Y://FOLDER_K/FOLDER_L/FOLDER_M/DESTINATION/QH_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS/COPY-FROM

This has been requested several times, so I guess I need to really think about implementing it. It’s more work than you might imagine but I’ll keep it in mind for future versions. Changed to feature request from bug, because it’s not actually a bug. It’s just built that way and I perhaps need to add an alternative option to influence its behaviour.
