This is the latest v2.7.0 of QuickHash for Linux. Note that it will only work with graphical Linux systems like Linum Mint, Elementary OS, Ubunut etc. It will not work with command line only distributions, typically server systems and so on.
Note that there is a 32-bit and 64-bit version. You must use the appropriate one for your architecture. No installation is needed however. Simply ensure the binary has executable permission (chmod +x NameOfBinary). You don to need to be root or sudo to run it for most aspects, but if you need to hash physical disks with it, then you must launch as root or sudo (sudo ./NameOfBinary)
